Lonnie Mullen to host a session at VPPPA

PRLog (Press Release) - Aug 12, 2011 - DALLAS – Shermco Industries' Lonnie Mulle corsa n, vice president of operations, will be presenting a session at the 27th Annual Voluntary Protection Programs Participants' Association Conference, held from Aug. 29 to Sept. 1 in New Orleans at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center.

The session, which audi focuses on management commitment, will help determine how effectively a management team is involved in their safety program. The session will cover how companies can help its management team understand the requirements for the OSHA VPP Challenge Program and will educate the rc helicopter and car market place team on the documentation necessary to receive recognition for activities they may already be doing.

The VPPPA conference focuses on educating leaders in occupational safety and health. Features of the conference include: two days of workshops addressing current safety, health and environmental issues, keynote and general session speakers, evening reception and social activities providing an opportunity to network.
